Construction of five storey residential building in the very center of Vilnius - Žvėrynas. Special attention was paid to building’s energy efficiency. Building tightness, triple-pane wooden windows, high quality insulation material, unventilated facades, advanced ventilation ductwork system, underfloor heating and other modern solutions will ensure the highest level of comfort. The building has 45 underground parking places and 45 storage rooms. Total area of the building is 5200 m2 including the underground parking.
