A 6,845 m² mixed-use building, combining production, storage, and administrative areas, has been constructed as part of the “BIO CITY” biotechnology cluster in Vilnius. The project was initiated by the Northway Group, under the leadership of Professor Vladas Algirdas Bumelis. The facility features BSL-2 and BSL-3 biosafety level laboratories and is equipped with a 3 MW electrical connection, a 1.2 MW backup generator, and 1.5 MW steam and heating boilers.
