Project descriptionPon.Bike, a global leader in bicycle manufacturing, renowned for innovation and sustainability, has completed one of the largest investment projects in the Kėdainiai Free Economic Zone, Lithuania. Recognised as a major investment project by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, the facility comprises a 4,000 m² area for frame preparation, painting and finishing, a 14,000 m² area for assembly and a 16,000 m² warehouse area. It houses brands such as Gazelle, Focus, Kalkhoff and Urban Arrow. The project is distinguished by its advanced technology and commitment to sustainability, with rooftop solar panels and charging stations.
The building was designed in accordance with FM Global fire safety requirements and certified under the BREEAM standard with an “Excellent” rating.
